We can provide a number of additional services and products to make your stay with us more comfortable. |

 FOR YOUNG CHILDREN
Baby cots, baby high chairs and even safety gates for the top of the staircase are available for hire at €5 euros
per day. All these products have passed international safety standards. To avoid disappointment, please
contact us well in advance to check availability.
 BABY SITTING: Due to high demand during the summer months, there are a limited number of people to provide a reliable baby sitting service.
So why not have that well deserved night out, knowing that your children are cared for in the safety of your
rental property by fully vetted nannies trained to the highest of standards. Rosa Mari baby-sitting service
and Cosy Toes offers you personal sitters that can be booked on an hourly basis.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
We have a number of other products for hire at €5 euros per day, such as, portable folding beds, ventilators and fan
heaters for any properties without air-conditioning/ heating system. |

ADDITIONAL CLEANING
The price of a rental property is inclusive of a full cleaning service before entry and after departure.
Housekeeping can provide an additional cleaning service charged at €12 euros per hour. Clients must
contact our office to make arrangements regarding how often during the holiday this service would be
required.
CLEANING UTENSILS: Cleaning utensils such as a mop, bucket. broom can be found in a cupboard in the
kitchen of each rental property. For your convenience, a number of complimentary cleaning products will
also be placed in the property. |
EXTRA CHANGE OF BED LINEN & TOWELS
The standard white bath towels and bed linen are provided for your
comfort in each rental property. During a standard rental, there is a
change of bed linen and towels every 7 days. Additional changes
can be organised at extra cost. Clients should contact our office to
discuss requirements. |

WELCOME PACKS
A standard "Welcome Pack" at a charge of €30 euros. Contains small jar of coffee, small box of tea bags, sugar
sachets, sliced bread, carton of milk, bottled water, cheese, butter, jam and marmalade packs can be placed in
the property for clients arriving very late.
At an additional cost a "Deluxe Welcome Pack" can be arranged for clients requiring additional products such
as bottle of wine, fruit, eggs etc

AIRPORT PICK UP/ DROP OFF
We have a selection of relaible drivers to drive your party either from or to Malaga or Gibraltar airport.

Arrangements for transport in the early hours will most likely be subject to a supplement charge

EMERGENCIES
We always ensure that clients have a contact telephone number for any emergencies that may arise during their
holiday. In addition, there is also a 24 hr. emergency telephone number provided in the "Information Guide"
provided in each rental property. |
