Estepona Golf

Estepona Golf is privately owned, first established in 1989, has a policy to concentrate on the visiting golfers as a "pay as you play" course.  A pleasant change from the manicured courses on the Costa and offers some of the most reasonable green fees in the area.

Course Information

The design uses the natural landscape which is set against the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, and enjoys sea views from most parts of the course.  The fairways are wide and the greens large which provides a challenge for players of all levels, but does not necessarily penalise the average golfer.

The 3rd hole is reputedly the longest golf hole in Spain.  Known as the "Ski-run", a par 4 that stretches 360 metres downhill.  If you get a good bounce with the drive the green is reachable in two.  Beware the thick rough on the left and the shepherd's pastures on the right.  Before you, the Mediterranean glitters in the sun and to the left Estepona's Sierra Bermeja mountains turn from green to blue to deep purple as the day draws on.
